Q: Do you have repair and return or service exchange on your hydraulic parts?

A: We do have service exchange and repair and return on our hydraulic water props,
        inserts, pumps, ECT . . .

 

Q: How much do your IB100 and GT120 beams weigh?

A: The IB100 beam weighs approximately 14 lbs. per foot and our GT120 beam
        weighs approximately 19 lbs. per foot.

 

Q: What is the normal delivery time of your products?

A: We usually ship our products whenever the customer needs them,
        depending on the roof control in the mines.

 

Q: Will there be freight charges on orders you ship?

A: Yes, we have contract drivers that charge us freight and we bill the same amount
     to you.

 

Q: If we have bad roof conditions, do you have someone that
    can come underground and look at the situation to see
    what we need?

A: Yes, we have technicians that could go underground and look at your conditions.

 

Q: Can we order the beams to be any size?

A: Yes, the beams can be cut up to 36 feet.

 

Q: Can we order the ACS's to be any size?

A: Yes, ACS's are manufactured to the height requirements of the customer.

 

Q: Can you provide emergency service on weekends?

A: Yes, we have emergency numbers you can call after hours or on weekends.

 

Q: Do you repair existing Kamat pumps in the United States?

A:  Yes, We can service existing Kamat pumps.
